Products purchased from Puresthato are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition, with no signs of damage or wear.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags are included with the return.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If the payment was made using a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

4. Exchange Policy

5. How to Initiate a Return

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, upon verification.
